Notes
Paywalled. Lineage never fetches it, by API or page, and never asks for a person's password. A plan node naming it is a lead: the record set and a link for the person to open with their own subscription, or a letter to the holding archive for the original. Historic US newspapers are searched free through loc-chronicling-america instead. robots.txt sets content signals rather than a plain allow.
