Base URL https://api.dp.la/v2, with items and collections as resources returned as JSON-LD. A 32 character key is requested by sending a POST to https://api.dp.la/v2/api_key/{email}; the key arrives by email. The API is provided on a best effort basis. The docs pages answer 403 to non-browser clients, so the health probe calls the API without a key and counts its JSON auth error as proof the API is answering. api.dp.la has no robots.txt.
